The Shotokan Karate-do Club of Las Vegas is a Family-Oriented, Non-Profit Karate program. Our purpose is to teach the positive elements of Karate, with emphasis on respect, honesty, integrity, and discipline both inside and outside of the dojo environment. Our teachings are based on the belief that true Karate transcends the basic elements of technique and athletics into the realm of a way to live one's life. This is Karate-Do, the way of Karate.

The Shotokan Karate-do Club of Las Vegas was originally organized to cater to Mabel Hoggard Elementary School students, as a low cost after school Martial Arts program. We have since expanded our classes to include adults and teens, with classes being held at Mabel Hoggard Elementary School, Dr. William U. Pearson Community Center and Stupak Community Center. The support from the community has been amazing and has enabled us to keep our costs down. Class fees are approximately $20 a month depending on the training location, the training schedule and the student's experience.

All of our instructors are Certified Black Belts and have generously volunteered their time. Click here for current class schedules and fees.

All donations are greatly appreciated. 100% of all donations are used to sponsor kids for classes, equipment, seminars and tournaments.
